Make a Shortcut to Windows Disk Management
I should have done this sooner as it saves saves me a lot of time and is really simple...In doing data recovery and system configuration for my clients I use Computer Management / Disk Management a lot. Unfortunately it's buried deep inside Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management. The solution was to make a direct link and place it right there on my desktop for easy access. I knew "Disk Management" was a management snap-in but finding the right one took a bit of searching.
Bring up search and enter "diskmgmt.msc". It should be located in either C:\WINNT\system32 or C:\WINDOWS\system32.

From the 'Search Results' window, right-click and drag diskmgmt.msc to the desktop and then click "Create Shortcut Here". You should now have one of these on your desktop. Click it to go to Disk Management.
Now Disk Management is much easier to find.
